Roslyn is a highly recognized permanent cosmetics Master Artist and Trainer. She has trained with the top two permanent makeup academies in the world, training under the 2018 World’s Best Master Trainer, Kler Rosenberg.
She consistently works to achieve and set the highest standards in the beauty industry and teach them to her students, now holding more than twelve certifications in multiple different areas of permanent makeup and removal.
Through her training and one-on-one mentoring, she has helped hundreds of students to launch successful careers in permanent and scale their businesses to six-figures.
Erin Nolan
Erin is the owner of Brow Ambition here in Kansas City. Originally from Florida, she moved to the KCMO area two years ago.
Having run a successful microblading practice for a year, she loves being in an industry where her detail oriented and perfectionist tendencies can shine! Erin is currently also a tattoo apprentice under Roslyn so she can offer powder brows as well as microblading. She is so passionate about making people feel amazing in their own skin and specializes in realistic, natural looking results for her clients!

Jamie Frazier
Jamie is the owner of The Wax Lounge. She’s been a licensed cosmetologist since 2019.
After moving around in the beauty industry and trying to find the right path, she finally discovered her true passion, full body waxing! She absolutely loves making her clients feel comfortable and confident in their own skin.
Waxing may seem intimidating at first, but she does her best to make everyone feel at ease and make the process as painless as possible. She also loves educating her clients and explaining how and why it’s important to take care of your skin before and after a wax.
